Just stopped this location about 40 min ago on my way to work. Walked in and there was a female at the drive through taking orders and a male at the back counter making food, another male employee sitting out in the dining area eating possibly on break. I stood at the counter for almost 9 min and during that time two other customers came in behind me. Finally the gentleman making food came up to the front and took my order, I ordered the taco/burrito party pack to take to work for my employees and I to enjoy. The guy kept typing in the order wrong and deleting it because I was watching it on the credit card machine screen. It was then I told him to just delete it because at that time I had 15 min to get to work. I realize this was at 10:30 at night but you guys need to get your act together. Hire competent people and be staffed for customers. I hardly ever buy fast food and this was going to be a treat for me and the people I work with. The most horrible and ridiculous experience I have ever had not just at taco bell but any fast food restaurant and I have been to the McDonald's on third street across from the court house and that place is ran by complete idiots!

I'm not a huge fan of Taco Bell food in general. It's very bland (lots of Fire sauce, please!) and greasy. But my husband likes it, so we eat there a couple times a month. They are fast and there is usually no wait. The restaurant tends to be empty as most people get their food to go.

Did my order on there computer screen and asked for easy on rice on the power meal and they loaded the dish with rice, I got double onions and extra guacamole which I asked for but I can't do rice very much do to stomach surgery so since my order was Togo didn't look at it till I got home. So wasn't really that happy, this was the taco Bell in the north end of town.

No ice in self serve machine. Pepsi had WAY too much syrup in it, cherry Pepsi tasted flat. No iced tea. Food was somewhat edible.
